WeddingMandaps.us is the US storefront of Shyam Agencies. Every piece is designed, molded or carved, finished and test-assembled in Rajkot before it is crated, so the parts arrive numbered and the structure goes up the way it did on our floor.

Why buy factory-direct from India?
Most mandaps and stage sets sold in America pass through three hands: a workshop in India, an exporter, and a US importer or decorator. Each one adds a margin. Look online and you find marketplace listings priced in rupees with no delivery terms, or rental companies that will never sell you the piece.
We are the workshop. We quote in US dollars and, for couples, include ocean freight, customs duty and white-glove delivery in the price. For trade buyers we quote the terms that suit your import setup, and give you one account manager from first message to delivery.

Do you really deliver to my state?
Yes. We deliver duty-paid to all 50 US states by sea freight and white-glove truck. Door-to-door time is typically three to five months from order, depending on the design and region.
Is customs duty included in your price?
Yes. Quoted prices are delivered and duty paid, so there are no customs bills when the crates arrive.
How far ahead should I order?
Order four to six months before your event. Orders placed at least 120 days ahead qualify for our arrive-on-time commitment.
Can I see the mandap before I pay in full?
Yes. You approve a 3D mockup first, see weekly production photos, and join a live video inspection before it ships. Payment is 25% to reserve, 50% at production start and 25% before dispatch.
What if it arrives damaged?
Every shipment is insured and carries our transit-damage replacement guarantee.
Do you sell to decorators and temples?
Yes. Our Trade Program offers factory-direct wholesale pricing for decorators and rental companies, and permanent mandaps for temples and community halls.
Can I get a custom design?
Yes. Send a photo or Pinterest link. We will return a free 3D mockup within 48 hours.
What payment methods do you accept?
Major credit cards, ACH bank transfer and PayPal. Financing options may be available at checkout.
Can I buy a mandap instead of renting one?
Yes. Most families rent, but buying makes sense if you will reuse it for several family weddings, or if you are a decorator, temple or hall. We sell made-to-order Indian wedding mandaps and ship them duty-paid to all 50 US states.
