What is covered

Every mandap, stage and structure carries a 1-year structural warranty from the delivery date against defects in materials and workmanship, such as cracked welds, failed joints or frame defects under normal use.

What is not covered

• Damage from improper assembly, overloading or outdoor use without anchoring
• Normal wear to paint, fabric, artificial flowers and crystal
• Damage in storage or transport arranged by the customer
• Modifications made without our approval

How to claim

Email photos and your order number. We will repair or replace the affected part, or send replacement parts with instructions.
