What sizes do mandaps come in?
Typically 10 × 10 ft up to 16 × 16 ft. Custom sizes are available. Check your ceiling height first; see our size guide.
How much ceiling height do I need?
Each product page lists a minimum. Leave about one foot above the top of the mandap, measured to the lowest obstruction.
How long does delivery take?
Roughly three to five months door to door, depending on the design and your region. Order at least four months before your date.
Is customs duty included?
Yes, quoted prices are duty paid and delivered.
How do I pay?
Credit card, ACH or PayPal. 25% reserves, 50% at production start, 25% before dispatch.
What if my mandap arrives damaged?
Contact us the same day with photos. Our transit-damage replacement guarantee covers it.
Is there a warranty?
Yes, a 1-year structural warranty. See the warranty page.
Can I cancel?
Before production starts you may cancel subject to the terms in our shipping and returns policy. Made-to-order work cannot be returned once production begins.
Can I rent instead of buy?
We sell rather than rent. Decorators in your city rent mandaps; ask us for a decorator who stocks our pieces.
Do the fabrics meet fire codes?
NFPA 701 flame-retardant fabric is available on request. Ask your venue which standard they require.
