Shipping, Returns & Cancellations

Shipping

We ship made-to-order goods by sea freight from India to the United States and deliver to your venue or home by white-glove carrier. Quoted prices include freight, customs duty and delivery to the address on your order. Remote-area or special-access charges are stated on your quote.

Delivery dates

Dates on the website and in your quote are estimates. For orders placed at least 120 days before your event date, we commit to delivering in time or expediting at our cost.

Transit damage

All shipments are insured. Photograph crates before opening and notify us within 48 hours of delivery. We will repair or replace damaged items at no cost to you.

Cancellations

You may cancel before production starts. The 25% deposit covers design and material allocation and may be partially refundable depending on work completed; the amount is stated in your signed quote. Once production starts, orders cannot be cancelled.

Returns

Because each piece is made to order, we do not accept returns for change of mind. If an item differs from the approved design, contact us and we will correct it.
