How a workshop became an exporter
We would rather tell you plainly where we came from than dress it up. This is the short version.
1998
A mandap workshop
Shyam Agencies started as a workshop in Rajkot making mandaps and ceremony structures for Indian weddings.
Growing
A wider range
Customers asked for everything around the mandap, so we added stages, pillars, backdrops, entrance gates, furniture, statues and canopies.
Going overseas
Families abroad
Indian families in the UK, USA, Canada, Australia and New Zealand began ordering. We learned export crating, paperwork and working with freight forwarders.
Today
One workshop, two markets
The same team supplies couples, decorators, planners and banquet halls across India, and customers in nine export markets.

Every piece is designed, molded or carved, finished and test-assembled in Rajkot before it is crated, so the parts arrive numbered and go up the way they did on our floor.

How we work
- Made to order. Size, color, carving and fabric are set with you, with a 3D concept for approval before production starts.
- Checked before it ships. Pieces are inspected and test-assembled, and you can watch a live video inspection before dispatch.
- Packed for the sea. Strong crates, padding and numbered parts, so a two-person crew can assemble it at the venue.
- Straight answers. One itemized quote, duty and delivery shown as lines, and updates every week while your piece is in production.
- Backed after delivery. A one-year structural warranty, and replacement if a piece is damaged in transit.
