About the Butterfly Garden Floral Mandap

A garden-style mandap with a butterfly canopy and cascading reusable flowers in warm pinks, oranges and yellows. Open on all sides for a bright, photo-friendly ceremony. It is made to order by artisans at our workshop in Rajkot, India, then crated and sent by sea to the United States. The price we quote already includes ocean freight, US customs duty and white-glove delivery, so the number you approve is the number you pay.

Is it right for your venue?

This piece is suited to hotel ballrooms and banquet halls and outdoor ceremonies. Plan for at least 11 feet of clear ceiling height, measured to the lowest obstruction. Hotel ballrooms often look taller than they are once chandeliers and sprinkler lines are counted. Send us a photo of the room or a floor plan with your quote request and we will confirm the size and placement before you pay a deposit.

For outdoor setups, we recommend an anchoring plan matched to the surface (lawn stakes, base weights or sandbags). Check your venue’s wind and structure rules in writing and keep a rain plan.

Frequently asked questions

How long does the Butterfly Garden Floral Mandap take to arrive?

Standard designs take about 4 to 8 weeks to make and custom designs 8 to 14 weeks. Ocean transit to the US is typically 25–40 days depending on the port, followed by white-glove delivery. Plan on roughly three to five months from order to delivery, and order four to six months before your event so there is room for changes.

Is duty included in the price?

Yes. Our quoted price is delivered and duty-paid. You will not be asked to pay customs charges on arrival.

What ceiling height do I need?

Allow at least 11 feet of clear height, measured to the lowest obstruction such as a chandelier or sprinkler. If your room is lower, ask for a reduced-height version.

What if it is damaged in transit?

Every shipment is insured and every order carries our transit-damage replacement guarantee. Photograph the crates before opening and contact us the same day.
