Orders and quotes
An order is accepted when you sign the written quote and pay the deposit. Prices are in US dollars and valid for the period stated on the quote.
Payment schedule
25% deposit at order, 50% when production starts, 25% before dispatch. Accepted methods are listed at checkout.
Design approval
Production begins after you approve the design in writing. Changes after approval may affect price and schedule.
Delivery
Delivery dates are estimates except where our arrive-on-time commitment applies under the shipping and returns policy.
Limitation of liability
Our liability is limited to the price paid for the affected item. We are not liable for indirect losses.
Governing law
To be completed with the US entity’s state of formation.
