Outdoor, Garden & Beach Mandaps
Outdoor mandaps are built for gardens, beaches and vineyards. They use weather-resistant materials, lighter canopies that handle breeze, and an anchoring plan for the ground you are setting up on. The designs below range from open beach frames to carved garden mandaps.

Wind and anchoring
A mandap is a large vertical surface and will catch wind. For lawns, we supply ground stakes; for sand, weighted bases or sandbags; for hard surfaces, base weights. Many venues also set a wind limit for tented or canopy structures, so ask for it in writing.
Weather planning
Always have a rain plan. Fabric canopies are weather-resistant but not a roof. If rain is forecast, your planner should decide 24 hours ahead whether to move indoors.
Frequently asked questions
Can the mandap be left outside overnight?
We recommend taking the fabric down at night. The frame can stay if anchored, subject to venue rules.
