How It Works: From Design to Your Venue
From first message to a mandap standing at your venue: here is every step, with typical timing.
- Choose or customize (day 1–3). Select a mandap or send us your idea. We reply with an itemized USD quote in one business day and a 3D mockup in 48 hours for custom work.
- Reserve (day 3–7). Pay a 25% deposit by card, ACH or PayPal.
- Handcrafting (4 to 8 weeks standard, 8 to 14 custom). Artisans in Rajkot build your piece. You receive photo updates every seven days.
- Inspection and dispatch. We hold a live video inspection, collect the final 25%, then crate and insure the shipment.
- Ocean freight (about 4–6 weeks). Your crates travel to the nearest US port and clear customs. We handle the paperwork.
- Delivery and assembly. A white-glove carrier delivers to your venue or home. Parts are numbered, and a QR code on the crate links to the assembly video.
Plan your timeline
Door to door, expect roughly three to five months. Order at least four months before your event; five or six is safer for custom work. See shipping estimates by region.
